Envision Kenya

Our mission at Envision Kenya is to create more opportunities for Kenya’s youth by ensuring that financial limitations don’t prevent students from continuing their education. By focusing on one school that we have a pre-existing connection with, Olorien Primary School, we can maximize our resources, creating a sustainable program that will bring about long lasting change to the entire community.  

 
Students at the Olorien Primary School are extremely bright and motivated. Unfortunately due to a lack of money many talented children face extremely limited possibilities in what they can achieve. After attending a free government primary school many children cannot afford to continue with high school. Often girls face the most limited opportunities in education, which is why Envision Kenya aims to target girls and encourage them to pursue their dreams. Envision Kenya provides scholarships to both male and female students in the form of tuition payments, so that no one will be denied a continuing education because of their lack of financial resources. We also offer class prizes for high performance, to encourage a culture of support for youth education.

 
Envision Kenya is based out of the United States in partnership with the community of Ol Kajiado, Kenya. We believe that coming from a privileged country involves a sense of responsibility to the less privileged people of the world. We don’t see this as an act of condescension, but as a dynamic community partnership born from an obligation of love. We truly love the children at Olorien Primary school, and it is our joy to partner with their community in helping to expand their potential.
